Gonet Academy HR Manager Earns Master’s Degree

-As CEO Hails Journey of Growth and Excellence

Gonet Academy has congratulated its Human Resource Manager, Antoinette Namah Nimely, on earning a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Human Resource Management from the Cuttington University School of Graduate and Professional Studies, describing the achievement as a reflection of her commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.

The milestone, achieved on June 27, 2026, was celebrated by the Academy’s management and staff, with Chief Executive Officer Mohammed Kerkulah praising Nimely’s remarkable journey from student to senior management.

“I celebrate not only an academic achievement but also an inspiring journey of growth, dedication, and purpose,” Kerkulah said in a congratulatory message shared on social media.

According to the CEO, Nimely’s relationship with Gonet Academy began as a participant in the institution’s Foundation Certificate Program in Monitoring and Evaluation (Cohort 8). Motivated by a desire to gain practical experience, she later volunteered as a data collector during GonetAfrica’s endline evaluation of Plan International Liberia’s Country Strategy (2019–2024), where her professionalism, work ethic and commitment quickly distinguished her.

Recognizing her potential, the Academy recruited her as a Program Assistant in April 2024 before promoting her to Human Resource Coordinator later the same year, where she helped strengthen the institution’s people management systems. In June 2026, after two years of dedicated service, she was elevated to the position of Human Resource Manager—a promotion that coincided with the completion of her master’s degree.

Kerkulah described her academic success and career progression as evidence of what can be achieved through discipline, resilience and a commitment to lifelong learning.

“It is a testament to what is possible when initiative meets opportunity, hard work meets purpose, and continuous learning becomes a way of life,” he said.

He noted that Nimely’s journey embodies Gonet Academy’s core values of growth, excellence, integrity, commitment and lifelong learning, encouraging her to continue pursuing higher levels of leadership and professional impact.

The Academy also congratulated Nimely on the achievement, stating that her dedication to personal and career development continues to inspire colleagues and students alike.

Her latest academic accomplishment adds to her growing professional credentials and reinforces Gonet Academy’s philosophy that investing in people and continuous professional development remains central to building strong institutions and effective leaders.

Management wished Nimely continued success, expressing confidence that her new qualification will further enhance her contributions to the field of human resource management and the continued growth of Gonet Academy.
