In 2021, Linda Dorcas Y. Kawala stood at a pivotal crossroads in her life. Recently promoted from Cashier to Purchasing Coordinator at Carver Mission, she was filled with excitement—but soon, that excitement turned into overwhelming pressure. With no formal training in procurement or project management, Dorcas struggled to structure and manage her tasks effectively. Despite turning to YouTube tutorials, Google searches, and online tools, her growth remained stagnant.

Discovering Gonet Academy

Everything changed in 2022 when Dorcas discovered Gonet Academy. These skills dramatically improved her performance at work and sparked a new entrepreneurial vision.

The Birth of D’Compass Show

With renewed confidence and clarity, Dorcas launched the ‘D’Compass Show’ in 2023—an online talk show aimed at empowering entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers.
