About This Course
This Comprehensive Human Resource Management Program is structured to prepare participants for advanced careers in human resource management and leadership. Integrating the Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi) body of knowledge, the program delivers a blend of theory, practical application, and global standards with contextual relevance for Liberia and the African region. Over the course of 26 weeks, participants will explore the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR leadership.
