Charles G. Kpan Jr. is a Tech-Entrepreneur and Youth Development Specialist with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from BlueCrest University College, Liberia. Mr. Kpan is the Chief Executive Officer of CYGEC IT Solutions and serves as a trainer at GONET Academy and several professional development training programs.
Wilson B. Kahnplaye is a seasoned Human Resources Management (HRM) professional with
over 15 years of experience in the field of HRM. His educational background and extensive
experience have positioned him as a respected expert in HRM practices, particularly within the
Liberian context.
Throughout his career, Wilson has held key positions at the National Social Security and Welfare
Corporation (NASSCORP), where he made significant contributions as a Personnel Funds
Officer, Assistant Coordinator/HR Benefits, and Coordinator/HR Benefits. His work at
NASSCORP is marked by major accomplishments, such as the successful setup of a new Human
Resource Information System (HRIS) and the streamlining of staff benefits processes, enhancing
efficiency and service delivery.
In addition to his work in HR management, Wilson has actively contributed to the academic and
professional development of others. He serves as Facilitator of HRM certificate and diploma
courses as well as Office Management & Administration at Gonet Academy and teaches various
courses in HRM at the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA). His passion for
knowledge-sharing extends to consulting, having worked with numerous public and private
institutions to improve their HRM practices and policies.
Wilson's commitment to advancing HRM research is evident in his recent publication in the
Global Scientific Journal titled "Effect of Employee Resourcing on the Performance of the
Liberia Revenue Authority." This research underscores his dedication to the ongoing
development of human resource management practices in Liberia and beyond.
With a solid foundation in HR management and a dedication to continuous improvement, Wilson
continues to make a profound impact on the HRM profession and the institutions he serves. He
holds a BSc in Management (Hons) and an MBA in Management from Cuttington University, as
well as an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Kigali, Rwanda.
Tarr Bonokai Jackson is a seasoned finance and administrative professional with extensive experience in banking, financial management, and corporate administration. He has a strong background in financial planning, risk management, and business strategy, having held key leadership positions in several financial institutions and corporate organizations in Liberia, including Guaranty Trust Bank Liberia, Access Bank Liberia, and Diaconia Microfinance Deposit-Taking Institution.
Currently, Mr. Jackson serves as the Finance and Administrative Manager at B&B Holding Inc. and provides financial consultancy services to various institutions across Liberia. His expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, investment strategy, and customer relationship management.
Academically, Mr. Jackson holds a Master of Science (MSc.) in Banking and Accounting from Near East University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Cuttington University Graduate School. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from African Methodist Episcopal University.
B. Augustine Kullie, BSc, MA, M.E.d., is a Liberian Education Specialist and an international cooperation practitioner with 15+ years of experience across West, Central, and East Africa. He has worked with Save the Children, UNICEF, Plan International, and the Lutheran World Federation, as well as consulted for the Open Society Foundation, SOS Children’s Villages, BRAC, and USAID-DELTA. His expertise spans multi-sectoral program management, integrating education with child protection, MHPSS, WASH, Food Security and Livelihoods, gender and disability inclusion, and policy development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education (English and Sociology) from the University of Liberia, a Master’s in Educational Administration and Supervision from Cuttington University Graduate School in Monrovia, and a Master’s in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid from the KALU Institute in Spain. Additionally, he has advanced qualifications in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning for Development Professionals (MEAL DPro) and a Certificate of Proficiency (with Distinctions) in Early Childhood Development for Sustainable Development from the SDG Academy in New York.

Pokai Theophilus Bowen is a dedicated professional in Supply Chain Management & Logistics committed to driving efficiency and innovation. With a strong academic and professional background in the field. He holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management & Logistics from the Rome Business School, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Cuttington University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics Management. Additionally, he has earned post-graduate certificates in Human Resource Management and Public Procurement from the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA).
He is a full member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Italy Round Table and is currently completing CIPS Level 4 with the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS, UK).
Beyond formal education, Pokai has undergone extensive professional training in Public Financial Management, Debt Management, Debt Reporting & Investor Relations and Leadership, completing programs with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA), the European School of Administration, and the European Court of Justice.
My name is Burton Dorley, I have a BSc in Environmental Science and MSc in Environmental Engineering - I have an expertise in data Analysis, project management, occupational health & Safety, a climate change expert and a YALI Fellow.
As a YALI Fellow and Technical Environmental Focal person at the Paynesville City Corporation (PCC) Liberia and former Data Analyst at Forestry Development Authority, I am passionate about applying my skills in environmental engineering technology to enhance sustainable development and climate change mitigation. I have a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Near East University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Stella Maris University. I also serve as a facilitator at GONET Academy teaching Occupational Health and Safety, where I train young professionals into health and safety certified personnel. My goal is to leverage my expertise in data analysis, project management, and environmental engineering to contribute to the betterment of our planet.
